and soulful.  MarKamusic will entrance the audience with the colors and
rhythms of their unique fusion of modern and ancient sounds from the
places south of the equator, and for many, dancing will be

In keeping with the Wendell Full Moon Coffeehouse's long tradition of
presenting a wide-ranging variety of entertainment, get ready to be
enthralled by a night of exciting Latin and World music.  Renown
multi-national musical ensemble, MARKAMUSIC, will bring their
high-energy Latin and World-beat music to the Wendell Full Moon
Coffeehouse on Saturday, March 3, 2007.

Powerful, romantic, danceable and soulful.  Markamusic will entrance
the audience with the colors and rhythms of their unique fusion of
modern and ancient sounds from the places south of the equator, and for
many, dancing will be irresistible!

MarKamusic is a high-energy musical ensemble that performs Latin music
deeply rooted within the folk and traditional genres of the South
American Andes region, western African, Euro-Iberian, and the United
States.  Their show presents an eclectic weave of ancient, modern,
aboriginal and pop themes performed on a wide array of native, western
and African instruments. MarKamusic musicians draw from the well of
their unique cultural past, which honors and connects to their musical
ancestors.

MarKamusic performances carry the audience across a panorama of musical
history over the past  millennia.   Deeply moving at times or full of
fresh and ancient energy, MarKamusic 's songs rekindle the senses of
our human collective memory, to the doors of our ancient hearts,
touching universal feelings that all listeners share.

This is MarKumsic's first show at the Wendell Full Moon Coffeehouse, and a
great opportunity for everyone to experience and to be enriched by the energy
and musical breadth of an awe-inspiring Latin musical troupe.   It promises to
be a memorable show!

Wendell Full Moon shows always support a local beneficiary, and March's
show will share proceeds with Montague Reporter newspaper.
