 Trombonist/Pianist Brian Bender has been a vital part of the Pioneer Valley
music scene for the past 20 years.  He has performed extensively with the
African Reggae group* Black Rebels*, the* Wholesale Klezmer Band*, the
contradance band* Big Bandemonium*, the world music group* The Pangeans*,
the Latin-Andean group* Marka Music*, the* Gumbo Jumbo Dixieland Band*, and
many other bands in a wide range of musical styles both here and abroad.
 Brian has performed at Carnegie Hall and the Presidential Inauguration of
Bill Clinton.  He has also performed in Egypt, Israel, Alaska, France,
Spain, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany and throughout
the United States.

At this special performance,* Brian Bender & Friends* will perform Brian's
original Jazz, Reggae, Latin, Calypso, Bossa Nova and Funk compositions.
