The Primate Fiasco spawns from the streets of Northampton MA. With
tuba, banjo, clarinet, trumpet, drums, and vocal harmony, it's the
instrumentation of a New Orleans sidewalk band but with modern
influences. While the band can play authentic "Traditional Jazz", the
music that's more likely to come out of their ancient instruments is
often recognized as funk, reggae, bluegrass, hip hop, rock, latin,
trance, the occasion Serbian gypsy jam, etc. But the world has enough
labels already. Most would agree on the category of "fun". If you want
to invent a genre, "psychedelic dixieland" seems to get the point
across.

The Wendell Full Moon Coffeehouse, located in Old Town Hall in the
center of Wendell, MA., offers a unique opportunity for fun in a family
friendly venue, all in support of a good cause. Featuring the Valley's
only Dessert-O-Rama.

Open Mic begins at 7:30. For Open Mic sign-up, directions and further
