The User manual is generated using Doxygen, to generate HTML for "on line" documentation (program help windows) and PDF documentation (by way of LaTeX) for "hard copy" purposes (although the PDF can be viewed with any of the various PDF viewer programs). The MRR System does not have code to create waybills and car cards -- the Freight Car Forwarder using a switch list system (it generates switch lists).
