[Mrr-system] Docs

All of the User and Internal (API) documentation is generated as HTML, UNIX
man pages, LaTeX (that gets processed to PDF by pdflatex) by Doxygen, mostly
from the program source (partitulary the API docs and the program manual
pages). The User manual is generated using Doxygen, to generate HTML for "on
line" documentation (program help windows) and PDF documentation (by way of
LaTeX) for "hard copy" purposes (although the PDF can be viewed with any of
the various PDF viewer programs).

The MRR System does not have code to create waybills and car cards -- the 
Freight Car Forwarder using a switch list system (it generates switch lists).
