FRIENDS OF THE WENDELL MEETINGHOUSE
ANNUAL MEETING

Monday, October 17, Wendell Senior Center, 7:30 pm
 
Please join us for the 2011 Annual Meeting and election of officers. 
Those who have attended at least two meetings this year are eligible to
vote and are urged to attend.  Others are welcome to help shape the
organization, as we set up committees to advance the project and consider
new by-laws to expand participation.

	1. Welcome to new Friends and Approval of minutes  
	2. Election of officers: President, Treasurer, Clerk
	3. Committees: Bylaws, Preservation, Fundraising
	4. Treasurer's Report
	5. Mass Historical Commission approvals process
	6. Next Steps: window restoration, clean-up priorities
	7. Appreciation of Charles Smith and Melinda Godfrey
